In class this term our topic is Japan. We have done alot of things including:
- Making Wind Socks
- Translating our names into Japanese
- Designing our own Kimono
- We have heard the story of 1000 paper cranes
- Made origami
- Wrote Halloween Haiku
- Tried on Kimono
Our favourite things so far have been making the wind socks, crane origami and designing the Kimono. We have been designing our own computer games and we are excited to see how they turn out. We are enjoying the story of 1000 paper cranes and we can't wait to find out what happens next.

Yoh I am really enjoying the Japan topic my favorite part was trying on and designing the kimonos. Is anyone else enjoying this topic. I lik the origami models and my dad is going to put hundreds of origami models on to a disc for me to bring in to school for everyone to have.
