Hindu Temple 29th October

On the 29th of October our class went to the Hindu Temple. The bits we enjoyed were dressing up in saris and turbans. After we got the saris and turbans off we got henna done.Henna is a plant that is like a paste that the Hindus add water to.

The girls also really enjoyed the dancing, as did Mckenzie and Miss Livia. We all enjoyed the story telling. Inside the praying area it was HUGE!!! and very colourful we got to explore the massive area.  We enjoyed the day at the Hindu Temple and we dream of going again.

ROGER OVER AND OUT!!!!

P6, you have been very busy. I love your photos from the Hindu temple. You all look fab! The kimono designs look excellent too. Well done, everyone!

Looks like you had a great day out at the Hindu temple. Miss Livia brought me back some pakora. It was delicious. I love Indian food!!

My favourite part of the trip was the storytelling.
